Rental terms

We, André and Marjon van Oorschot, owners of Huize Tergast, rent out the house ourself. You are therefore in direct contact with us and we can answer all your questions. You will receive the booking confirmation and all other emails from our rental organization VillaLuxe. The rental conditions of VillaLuxe therefore also apply to you as tenants of Huize Tergast.

Booking a house through VillaLuxe is safe. We are affiliated with Webwinkelkeur, which represents your interests. On the Webwinkelkeur website you can check that VillaLuxe is a certified member (Webwinkelkeur - VillaLuxe).

Renting out a holiday accommodation is excluded of the right of withdrawal, when the accommodation is booked on a certain date or during a certain period. This means that your booking is final after payment.
