| The ground floor lies 50 cm above the surrounding grounds, through which you have a splendid look over the streets.
The entrance with marble floor and wainscot has an etching door with Jugendstil/Art Nouveau-designs. You get the feeling that you enter a house
of a different century. |

The living room is divided in 2 parts, a front and a back room. You can sit here comfortable in lazy chairs or leather sofas.
When the wood stove is burning, everything is ready for a cosy night.

In the kitchen you'll find everything a professional cook needs: 2 solid micro wave/oven/grills, 2 dishwassers, gascooker with 5 rings,
and many more. To make diner together or just sit and watch the cook working, it is all possible.

| In the dining room the atmosphere is special: big widows with black painted wood and a large table for 18 persons. You can sit here for hours, eating, talking or whatever you like.
In the room is a small sailing vessel which remains the inmates of the glorious sailing history of Gasselternijveen. |

| The recreation room is provided with different games. There's a bumper-pool, that can be converted into a poker table.
Ceu's and fiches are available. With the foodball table you can start your own competition. Then there are other games like, chest and Machiavelli.
