| The rent prices for this upmarket villa are based on use of everything in the house, all comforts including swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Huize Tergast has 8 bedrooms,
and each has its own bathroom.
On the inventory list you can see what's in the house.
For reasons of tranquillity, Huize Tergast will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
DISCOUNT
A frequent visitor of Huize Tergast or The Old Rectory in Malberg gets a reduction on the rent price. At the second visit you'll get 5% reduction.
At the third and following visit even 10%!

PRICES
The week prices vary from € 2.080,- to € 3.460,-.
The long weekend prices vary from € 1.900,- to € 3.290,-.
The weekend prices vary from € 1.795,- to € 2.400,-.
The midweek prices vary from € 1.390,- to € 1.965,-.
The price is inclusive the use of all comforts in the house, including cleaning, making of the beds, etc.. Extra costs are tourist tax and energy costs: a fixed sum for gas and water, and electricity as used.
The deposit is € 600,- . This will be returned 14 days after departure of the house, less possible damages.
